Embarking on a new "life style" can be challenging for some and exciting for others.  No matter where you fall in this category, you are on the right track!

Claudia Hope begins with an assessment and goal setting appointment.  We begin immediately even from goal setting to fitness challenges and deep conversation to determine the modalities and proper nutritional and fitness needs to be met.

Many clients have continued sessions long after meeting their goals, which you will too, and maintaining and continue their progress.
