Meditation as a daily practice is exactly that a daily practice.  ClaudiaHope will guide you to finding your instant meditative state.

Breath Work is extremely cleansing and clearing physical and energy channels.

ClaudiaHope began her yoga journey as a full time Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer with out enough stretching in her own life.  She noticed clients also left out or did a minimal amount of stretching after sessions. Yoga combines deep stretching, strengthening the muscle while bringing stillness to the mind in this moving meditation.

Restorative Yoga is done with props like blankets, bolsters, straps, eye pillows, sand bags etc. Placing the body in postures that are held for 5-15 minutes. Bringing the parasympathetic and sympathetic to its natural state. Producing deep relaxation and mental clarity.
